On April 20, 2018, a solemn construction of personnel dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the faculty of correction took place.
The solemn event was attended by the leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the leadership of the Department of corrections of the Republic of Belarus, the leadership of the center for advanced training of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus teachers of the faculty and veterans of internal Affairs.
On April 14, 1993, the faculty of training the employees for correctional establishments of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus was established. Currently, the faculty is called the faculty of corrections, but the vector of training remained the same.
The event began with the welcoming remarks by the head of the faculty of Sevastey O. M. and he congratulated with the anniversary of the faculty. Also, a congratulatory speech to the staff was made by the Deputy head of the Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs on ideological work and staffing Brisyuk A. A.
